About the Role
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of Landmark properties. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams and contractors while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance
  • Manage facility maintenance staff and contractors
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage facility budgets and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with other departments on facility needs
Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Experience managing maintenance teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Relevant certifications preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
