About the Role
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of Landmark properties. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams and contractors while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance
- Manage facility maintenance staff and contractors
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage facility budgets and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with other departments on facility needs
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years experience in facilities management
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong project management skills
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
