About the Role
As the Leisure Development Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing leisure and entertainment initiatives across all Landmark properties. You'll work closely with operations, marketing, and external partners to create memorable experiences for our guests.

- Develop and implement leisure programming strategies
- Manage relationships with entertainment partners and vendors
- Oversee the planning and execution of events and activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in leisure, entertainment, or hospitality management
- Proven track record of developing successful leisure programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
