Paul began his career in the ‘built environment’ with a formal education in Architecture, Property Development and Construction Management, together with a London Business School MBA with a merit in “Value Engineering”. Paul has over 20 years in the professional experience of design and execution of projects in Africa, USA and Europe. He served as Development Director with Beacon Housing, in UK. Paul was the Executive with responsibility for the Property and Logistics team of Regus Plc during its rapid expansion years, which oversaw the opening of 190 business centres globally.

Pascal Dozie is the founder of Diamond Bank plc where he served as Chairman/Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 2006. He is also the Chairman of MTN Nigeria, the largest Nigerian mobile services operator since inception in 2001.

Pascal is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Nigeria and the former president of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He currently serves as a board member for the Commonwealth Business Council, the Lagos Business School and African Capital Alliance, one of the pioneer Private Equity houses in Nigeria.

Tony Onwu has an MBA (Finance) from the University of Lagos with over 20 years experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury and Market Risk Management. He is an expert in facilities management and has led various FM teams to deliver services to multinationals in Nigeria.

Tony was the former Managing Director of Diamond Capital, the investment banking subsidiary of one of the country's leading commercial banks. His career also includes roles as Vice President of Citibank Nigeria, General Manager at FSB International Bank and Managing Director of Liberty Bank Plc. Tony has also acted as Technical Adviser to the Director General on Budget affairs in Nigeria. Tony is currently a senior Partner at Nima Capital, a boutique investment and advisory firm, and Executive Director of Kimberly Ryan a Human Resources organisation with a Pan African presence.

Funlola managed the setting up and delivery of the Group’s serviced office operations in Lagos at inception in 2003 and currently manages Landmark’s most valuable resource – human capital.

She brings over two decades of experience in people development and management and is responsible for building a competent and agile workforce for the Landmark Group.

Funlola has a degree in administration and has held senior administrative/ management positions in a variety of African business consulting roles. She is also widely travelled and highly knowledgeable in customer service and experience.
