WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

Personal Data:

This may include your name, address, and other contact details such as your mobile number, email addresses, your nationality, state of origin, and any other essential know your customer details.

Preference Information:

This relates to your needs, interests, requests and complaints that we receive during communication with you via email, by phone or in person in relation to how you may want us to better serve you or improve our services.

Payment Information:

This includes data we get when you make payment to access our hotel, beach, or event centre via payment links such as your credit/debit card numbers (with the omission of relevant numbers rendering it not usable), card expiration date, e.t.c.


HOW DO WE COLLECT THESE DATA FROM YOU?

  1. When you use our reservation services, either to book to visit our hotel, beach or make use of our event centre.

  2. When you fill the visitors register upon visiting the Landmark Towers

  3. When you contact us via any of our Online Platforms or physically visit us at our ecosystem to make enquiries or ask for information with respect to our services.

  4. Click on links created by us to attend our periodically organized or one-off events.

  5. When you enter into a competition/trivia via any of our Online Platforms.

  6. During correspondences with our support services, e.g., using the live chat option on our hotel reservation platform.

  7. When you take up a lease of any of our properties or we grant you a Licence to operate within our ecosystem.

  8. When you express your interest to purchase an apartment in our upcoming Landmark Waterview Apartment.

  9. When you take our surveys, fill out our questionnaires or other forms.

WHAT LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?
