Landmark Africa is looking for collaborative, agile and result driven individuals with strong communication, negotiation, project management, business acumen, technical, flexibility, time management and analytical and problem-solving skills to provide support for Business development activities. Qualification:
  • Minimum of 2.1 or it’s equivalent in first degree. Advanced degrees appreciated in human resources or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years in human resources management.
  • Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
  • HR certification – may be advantageous.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Good knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, additional training / certification in payroll management may be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
