Pascal Dozie (Non Executive Director Landmark Africa) is the founder of Diamond Bank plc where he served as Chairman / Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 2006. He is also the Chairman of MTN Nigeria, the largest Nigerian GSM operator since inception in 2001.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Nigeria and a past president of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He currently serves as a board member for the Commonwealth Business Council, the Lagos Business School and African Capital Alliance, one of the pioneers Private Equity houses in Nigeria.
