Obasi Ezeilo, (Chief Operating Officer /Director Property & Logistics Team) is a post graduate scholar of the separate disciplines of Architecture and Construction management is a highly skilled professional with 20 years property development, design and management experience gained primarily in the United Kingdom.
He has expert knowledge in land acquisition, construction procurement and project delivery and previously headed up the Development directorate of a Housing Company with specific responsibility for overseeing the successful procurement and delivery of a complex $1billion multi-tenure, multiple output Development programme.
In Obasi's last few years, he was a Director of a Development Consulting firm that provided client side advice and project management services to a number of Housing Companies in respect of land acquisition and their property development portfolios.
