The mission of the Group is to provide international standard property and services in a local setting in Africa.
In 2008, The Group was re-capitalised with an investment of US$150 million of which 25% was in equity instruments from global Private equity institutions and 75% was debt from a syndication of local banks.
The group is still in the process of raising another $400million in equity and debt instruments from global institutions and local banks respectively.
