Adaobi Nwanze, (Company Secretary) is a Lawyer and member of the Nigerian bar association. Adaobi possesses considerable experience in corporate commercial law and is responsible for ensuring Landmark's compliance with Nigerian laws and regulations in the day to day management of its business and the maintenance of sound corporate governance practices.
She provides company secretarial, legal compliance and advisory services and is a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Prior to joining Landmark, she was an associate of Streamsowers & Kohn, one of Nigeria's foremost legal practices where she provided legal advisory services on various aspects of the law including commercial, real estate, intellectual property, aviation and maritime laws.
